Dearly Beloved,

Be careful of pastors that say you are not under the law. Your flesh has to be put under the law. It is your spirit that is under grace. Your flesh needs the law to break forth into the spirit realm. Even Paul said he put his body under so that he would not be a castaway. To be a castaway means that you are separated from the workings of God even though you carry the name of the Lord. The walk in the spirit is one of the most expensive things to do. You will need to bring your mind into a place of quietness. When your mind is still, you receive divine communications easily. The minds of many Christians talk too much.

A busy mind cannot hear divine communication.

The walk in the spirit is one of the most expensive things to do.

Your future is in your spirit, and the Holy Spirit speaks to your spirit. Discipline yourself in your personal life to endure the workings of the spirit until you start enjoying it. If you have people depending on you for your accuracy and directions for their lives, then your relationship with the Holy Ghost is paramount.

Isaiah 50:4b says “…he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.” KJV There is something special about your morning time. The scripture above was the prophecy of Jesus. That was the secret behind His ministry. God woke Him up morning by morning. How will you like to enter into this kind of relationship with the Holy Spirit- a morning by morning relationship with Him like our Lord Jesus Christ? Most people don’t understand what the morning does to them.

If you are not doing something to service your spirit, life will wear you out.

Mark 1:35 says, “And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.” KJV In the scripture above, Jesus must have slept tired but the Holy Spirit woke Him up for His daily practices and He rose. We need to learn a lesson here: you can’t pray still lying down where you slept the night before. The Holy Spirit woke you up truly and you did not continue to pray because you stayed on that bed. Jesus rose, left the house, and went somewhere to pray. If you wake up in the bedroom, why don’t you get up and go to the kitchen or to the sitting room or to the study so you can be alert to pray. You can’t wake up on the bed and continue praying there; you are likely to fall asleep again. By the time you wake up finally, it would be too late to pray and you would have to start doing daily activities that wear out your spirit while strengthening other things in your life. Meanwhile, you have not done anything to balance your life.

Isaiah 50:5 says, “The Lord God hath opened mine ear, and I was not rebellious, neither turned away back.” KJV This means he was not rebellious against the procedure that made Him hear. If you do not make yourself available, there is no fellowship that will take place. Every born-again person has been given the capacity to hear God but you must constantly service that capacity so it does not die off.

As a Christian, don’t carry a great anointing with a weak spirit, you will eventually crash.

Great anointing is a tool that God works with but a strong spirit is your own safety and defence. The greater the anointing you carry on a weak spirit, the more endangered you become. So it is time to get into daily practices that strengthen our spirit-man.

Everything that God will do in your life will come through your spirit. A strong spirit will sustain you. No matter what the enemy brings against you, a strong spirit will hold you up and make you stand.

A strong spirit will sustain you.
